On a difficult triangular site the building maintains the established double storey height of the streetscape. The form enforces the line of the streetscape on one side and breaks up on the other allowing the northern light to stream into the internal living and communal areas. Succinct planning and placement of circulation spaces and rooms allows for the required number of rooms to be fitted into a very small building footprint.
